Vuzix is a long-time NextPhase Strategy client. They depend on us to consistently develop and deliver excellent work within extremely limited timeframes. For the recent CES Tradeshow they needed complete production of their largest display booth, banners and product sheets for the January 5th show. The go ahead was given in early December giving us about one week to set up an entire photoshoot! I quickly went to work gathering photogenic, and available, people I knew from the community, and headed over to the photo studio for the shoot. With limited time, I had to organize the models, photographers, and the client overseer – all on the day of the shoot. With the largest shot list yet, the challenge was quite daunting, but working closely with the client and making sure everyone kept a cool head, we were able to successfully complete the entire shot list in one (long) day. In the following days, before and during Christmas, I had to pull several intense shifts, and a few all-nighters to edit each of the model shots from a white background into believable, context specific, surroundings, to be ready for the tradeshow. The client was once again, extremely happy with the results, and enjoyed one of their most visually pleasing tradeshow displays!
